Born in Washington Heights, I have lived my entire life in New York City. A graduate of the NYC Public School system, I went on to receive my Bachelor’s Degree from Brooklyn College in 1976 and my Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1979. I have been licensed to practice law in all of the Courts of the State of New York since 1980 and New Jersey since 1981. I have practiced law out of my office in Staten Island since 1980, representing clients in Staten Island and the rest of NYC, as well as Northern NJ. My practice has been concentrated in the areas of disability law, civil litigation, wills, trust and estates, real estate and condo law.
